Tina Fey in Red Hot in Entertainment Weekly Magazine
ina Fey may be “the new woman who can have it all,” a “great role model” and possibly “the most realistic single career woman to appear on TV since Mary Tyler Moore.”
Just stay away from her butt, OK?
That’s what our favorite smart-funny woman says in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly: ''They should draw up an equation: What level of fame do you need to achieve to keep doing what you want? Because you don't want any more than that,'' she says. ''You don't want someone to take a picture of your butt on the beach.... How do you get to be Christopher Guest? Just live your life, make hilarious movies with your friends, and then go home.''
The piece, which is also includes those rapturous, Tina-adoring comments above, arrives as 30 Rock returns to the air this week and her new film with Amy Poehler Baby Mama prepares for an April 25 release.

Mila Kunis Hot in Complex Magazine
Watch Mila Kunis Complex Cover April 2008 Video here
And here's Mila Kunis speaks about Max Payne movie:
Mila Kunis says she has actually gotten the chance to play the Max Payne game a little before jumping into the role. "I am a gamer. I did play Max Payne when it first came out [but] I'm not the best at first-person shooter games like Halo and Max Payne because I have very little hand/eye coordination required for moving up and down and to the side..."
The game itself is a very heavy-handed, R-rated affair which has led gamers to question whether those darker elements will make it to the movie version. "The movie is PG-13," says Kunis. "It's incredibly dark. You still get the gist of it. The only different between R-rated and PG-13 is you might not see as much blood. You might not see blood squirting everywhere, but as far as the sadness and the darkness of it and the distraught [nature] of these human beings is very much captured in the film. It's all unfortunate deaths and it's almost like these [are] two people that are so cold and distant from reality and from life - it's a pretty dark movie, yes."
After Sarah Marshall press and the Max Payne shoot, the actress says she doesn't have her next project set up just yet, but she doesn't seem too worried. "I've still got a little bit more than a month left of Max Payne and it comes out in October, so I think after this I'm going to take a few weeks off and then start doing press for Max Payne."

Cameron Diaz Does W Magazine
Cameron Diaz gets candid and opens up about growing, her future and her favourite city in the world in the new issue of W magazine.
Cameron on whether she dreamed of being an actress when she was a kid: “Oh, no. I wanted to be a zoologist, to study the sociology of animals. But that’s pretty much what I do now anyway. I thought I’d be on the plains of Africa watching lions, but instead I’m in Hollywood watching train wrecks.” And then she busts out laughing and adds hastily, “I’m just kidding.”
Cameron on her futuer goals: “Just kind of taking more time getting to know myself. It sounds so corny that I can’t believe I even just said that, but, you know, there comes a time when you really have to get to know who you are…I’ve just been figuring out what interests me and spending time with people who are important to me and being present in my own life.”
Cameron on Las Vegas: “I looooove Vegas. It’s such an easy trip from L.A., and there’s always a hotel room because there’s about a billion of them, but honestly, you don’t even really need one if you’re just going for the weekend!”
